I’m Mike Richmond, Happy Hollow’s Development and Marketing Director. I was born and raised in Indiana and have spent much of my life outdoors; hiking, camping, and running. I have an educational background in Marketing and almost a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector.

My work with youth began as a Cross County coach for a Middle School program and has blossomed into this amazing opportunity. My passion is simple, sharing the story of our organization and the campground where we allow kids the opportunity to flourish and develop their full potential.
