Hollow Children’s Camp’s Give Back video, created in partnership with Phelps Creative, was honored as a 2025 Gold Winner of the Davey Awards in the General – Non‑Profit: About Us category. This award recognizes outstanding creative work produced by small, nimble teams with big ideas and meaningful impact. Being selected by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts highlights not only the storytelling behind the video, but also the power of collaboration in sharing Happy Hollow’s mission to create access, belonging, and life‑changing camp experiences for young people.
MAPT Transformation Challenge 2023 Awardee
In 2023, Happy Hollow Children’s Camp was selected as the inaugural Transformation Challenge recipient. At a critical juncture after the pandemic, the camp faced challenges with staff turnover, declining enrollment, and the need for a clear vision. With Mapt’s support, Happy Hollow embarked on a strategic planning journey that revitalized its operations and mission.
Phelps Creative House Giveback Awardee 2024
In 2024, Happy Hollow Children’s Camp was honored to be selected as a Giveback Program partner by Phelps Creative House. Through this collaboration, a powerful anthem video and companion vignettes were created to capture the joy, community, and life‑shaping moments that define the Happy Hollow camp experience.
