Counselor-In-Training Program - Summer 2026
Happy Hollow’s Counselor-in-Training (CIT)
Designed for older youth, ages 15 - 17, our CIT Program prepares campers to be future Happy Hollow leaders. Gain leadership skills through hands-on experience and build a resume while preparing for a future as a Camp Counselor.
The CIT Program operates during our Signature Summer Camp in June and July. Pricing and dates for 2026 will be posted here and on our social media as we get closer to next summer!
Start Early with Our “Leadership Program”
Before Signature Summer Camp in 2026, teens aged 14 - 17 may participate in Happy Hollow’s Leadership Program to help prepare for a summer as a CIT.
Our school-year Leadership Program focuses on developing character, confidence, and community through hands-on learning and engaging experiences.
Consisting of Five Sessions from September - April, including Four Community Field Trips, this program is hosted by our Recruitment & Engagement Manager, Kenny Daniels.
